Tom is President and C.E.O. of TechRep. Before founding TCI, Tom accumulated his knowledge of design and motion control systems at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Western Gear and Howard Industries.

Tom’s special skill has been to hire experienced and dedicated people to support the partnership between our principals and customers while maximizing sales. His vision for TechRep is implemented in continuous effective communication in partnership with our principals and customers.
 

Hank Devine, Inside Sales Manager

You can be assured of a quick, knowledgeable response to both factory and customer needs. His primary goal is to assist the efforts of our field sales engineers and coordinate information between factory, engineer and customer. Hank joined the TCI family after selling experience in electro-mechanical components from companies such as U.S. Electrical Motors, General Time, Panduit Corporation and Reuland Electric.

An enthusiastic, natural people-person, Steve has worked as a Manufacturer's Representative in San Diego and Orange Counties for over 15 years and is heavily experienced in selling electro-mechanical components and motion control products. Steve has gained expertise in market development and sales management from positions with EME Fan & Motor and Electric Motor Engineering, Inc.

Jim Kelly, Area Sales Manager

Jim attended both Houston Community College and Texas Tech, majoring in aerospace engineering.  Prior to joining TechRep, he was employed by both Lockheed Aircraft and United Airlines in the engineering departments. Jim started his own rep company in 1994, specializing in the automation and semiconductor industries. Jim joined the TechRep Sales Team in 1999.

Duane has over twenty five years experience in engineering sales and marketing of components and test equipment, both OEM and distribution. He has served the Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada territory for the past eight years. His business experiences include management at national and regional levels, complementing years of direct sales in multiple markets.
